We don't keep set opening hours — every appointment is arranged individually, evenings and weekends included. Text us or open the calendar and we'll find a time that works.
Parking: street parking on Avenue P and East 11th Street. Subway: F train to Avenue P, two blocks.

Before you arrive
The things people text us about.
How long should I set aside?
About 90 minutes for a full set and 60 for a refill. First visits include your mapping consultation, so add ten minutes. Please come without eye makeup — if we have to clean mascara off first, it eats into your appointment.
What if I'm running late?
Text us. We hold your slot 15 minutes. Past that we may have to shorten the set or rebook you, because the next client is already on the way.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation text, or text us directly. We ask for 24 hours' notice so the time can go to someone on the waitlist.
Can I bring someone with me?
The suite is private and set up for one client at a time, so we ask that you come alone. There's a small reception lounge if someone needs to wait for you.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We take all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at the chair. Cash is welcome too — whatever is easiest for you.
I have extensions from another salon. Can you fill them?
Send us a photo by text first. If the work is sound and enough of it is left, we can fill it. If it isn't, we'll quote you for a removal plus a fresh set so there are no surprises at the chair.
