Four tiers. One question: how much density can your lashes carry?
Classic through mega volume isn't a quality ladder — it's fans per natural lash. A heavier set on a fine lash line doesn't look fuller, it looks stressed. We tell you which tier your lashes can hold before you commit to it.
1D
Classic
One extension on one natural lash, matched to the length and curl already there. Adds definition, not weight — the set people mean when they say they want to look awake without looking done.
Refill $100
2D – 3D
Hybrid
Classic lashes and small handmade fans mixed through the same line. The single lashes hold the shape; the fans fill the gaps between them. Reads as texture rather than a solid band.
Refill $130
4D – 5D
Volume
Fans of four to five ultra-fine extensions, made by hand at the chair and set on a single natural lash. Five fine lashes weigh less than one thick one — that's the whole trick.
Refill $140
6D+
Mega volume
Six or more extensions per fan at the finest diameters we stock. Maximum darkness at the lash line, with the total weight kept under what a classic set would put on the same lash.
Refill $150
Not sure? Book classic. We re-map you in the chair and you can move up before we start — you're only charged for the set you leave with.
How we choose
Mapping is the part that decides the next four weeks.
Before the first lash, we draw the set: where the length peaks, where it pulls back, which curl clears your lid. Two clients booking the same volume set walk out with different shapes, because the map was different.
Five minutes. Included with every service, every visit — not an upsell.
- Cat eye — length pushed to the outer corner, lengthens a round eye
- Doll eye — longest through the centre, opens a smaller or deep-set eye
- Natural — follows your own lash line, nobody asks what you had done
- Wispy — alternating lengths, texture instead of a solid wall
- Hooded and monolid — a stronger curl so the lash clears the lid instead of pressing into it
The appointment
Ninety minutes, start to finish.
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Contacts out. You'll be lying down with your eyes closed the whole time — most clients fall asleep.

The LED-cured bond, and what it actually changes.
A standard lash adhesive keeps curing for 24 to 48 hours after you leave, which is why the old rule is no water, no steam, no gym on day one. An LED-cured bond sets in seconds under the lamp — the cure is finished before you're off the bed.
Two things follow from that. You can shower, sweat or swim the same day. And because it cures on command instead of pulling moisture out of the air, humidity stops being a variable — which matters from June to September in Brooklyn.
- Same-day shower, gym and steam — no 24-hour wait
- Holds through humidity that softens standard adhesive
- Available on any tier, classic through mega volume
- Not allergy-free — no lash adhesive is. Tell us if you've reacted before and we'll patch test first
Retention
Whether your set lasts three weeks is mostly decided at home.
A well-mapped set that never gets cleaned will shed faster than an average set that does. Cleaning lashes is not optional — closed lash lines are where retention goes to die.
Do this
- Wash them daily with lash shampoo — a clean lash line is the single biggest factor in retention
- Brush with the spoolie every morning, gently, from mid-length out
- Sleep on your back or side, not face-down into the pillow
- Book your refill at two to three weeks, before more than half have grown out
- Text us a photo if something looks off — the first week is when it's fixable
Not this
- Oil-based cleansers, removers or SPF anywhere near the lash line — oil dissolves the bond
- Waterproof mascara. Any mascara, really — a good set shouldn't need it
- Eyelash curlers, ever. They crimp and snap the extension and your own lash with it
- Rubbing, picking or pulling. A pulled extension takes the natural lash with it
- Face-down in a sauna or steam room in the first 24 hours, unless you took the LED-cured bond
We sell the lash shampoo at the studio. It's the one thing worth buying — everything else in the aftercare list is free.
Keeping them
Refill at two to three weeks. Past that it's a new set.
Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle and take their extensions with them. At two to three weeks you've usually lost 30–50% of the set — a refill takes about an hour, replaces what's gone and rebalances the whole line so it doesn't drift out of shape.
Past three weeks there isn't enough left to build on, so the appointment is booked and priced as a full set. It's not a penalty, it's just how much work it is.
- Refill within 3 weeks — 60 minutes, refill price
- Past 3 weeks — booked and priced as a new full set
- Removal is $25, dissolved off rather than pulled, and free if you book a new set the same visit
- Wearing someone else's work? Send a photo first — if it's sound we'll fill it, if it's damaging your lash we'll say so

Before you book
Questions we get every week.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
The set stays looking full for two to three weeks, then thins as your natural lashes shed. With refills every two to three weeks you can wear them indefinitely — most of our regulars have for years.
Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?
Not when they're mapped and weighted for the lash underneath. Damage comes from two things: extensions too long or heavy for the natural lash, and people pulling them off at home. That's why the tier gets decided by what your lashes can carry, and why removal is a $25 service rather than a DIY.
Which tier should I book if I've never had extensions?
Classic. It's the lightest and the easiest to live with, and you'll learn how you feel about the weight and the aftercare. If you want more at the mapping stage we'll move you up in the chair — you're charged for the set you leave with.
Does it hurt?
No. Your eyes stay closed and nothing touches the lid — extensions go on the lash itself, about a millimetre off the skin. Most clients sleep through it. If you feel anything sharp or hot, say so immediately: that's not normal and we'll stop.
Can I wear mascara or use an eyelash curler?
No curler, ever — it crimps the extension and snaps the natural lash with it. Mascara isn't needed on a properly built set, and waterproof formulas in particular are removed with oil, which dissolves the bond.
When can I shower or go to the gym?
With a standard bond, wait 24 hours. With the LED-cured bond, the same day — it's fully cured before you leave the studio. That's the main reason to take the $20 add-on.
I have extensions from another salon. Can you fill them?
Send a clear photo first. If the work is sound we'll fill it at the normal refill price. If it's stuck to multiple lashes at once or too heavy for what's underneath, we'll recommend removal and a fresh set — and the removal is free when you book the set the same visit.
How should I come to the appointment?
Clean lashes, no eye makeup, no oil-based moisturiser around the eyes, contacts out or bring a case. Coffee before is fine. If you're on a retinol or lash serum, mention it — it changes how the bond behaves.
Do you speak Russian?
Yes. Consultation, mapping and aftercare can all be in Russian or English, whichever you prefer.
