What you get on a first visit
A consultation before anything is applied. We look at your natural lash density, length, and how your eye is shaped, then map a style to it. If you brought a photo of a set that won’t work on your eye, we’ll say so and show you the closest version that will. This is a five-minute conversation that prevents a two-week regret.
A set built for your lashes, not for the photo. The heaviest, longest set is not the best set. Extensions that outweigh your natural lash will fall out early and take your own lash with them. We size to what you can carry.
Aftercare you’ll actually follow. Written down, three lines long, not a lecture.
A welcome gift set. Lash shampoo, a lash brush, and a lipstick — so you go home with the tools to keep the set looking like it did when you left.

We’re on the seventh floor of the building — take the elevator up, Suite 703. There’s no storefront and no walk-in traffic, which is deliberate: it’s a private room, one client at a time, no waiting area full of people, no one watching you get your lashes done.

Before you book
Come with clean lashes. No mascara for 24 hours if you can manage it, and no oil-based eye cream that morning. Oil is the enemy of adhesive.
Bring reference photos. Two or three saved images tell us more than any description.
Tell us about sensitivities. Previous reactions, contact lenses, dry eye, recent eye surgery, lash lift within the last six weeks — all of it changes what we do.
Budget the time. A classic full set is about two hours; volume is closer to three. Don’t book something at 90 minutes past your start time.
What happens after the first visit
Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle. You’ll lose a few every day, which is normal and not a retention problem. Most clients come back for a refill every two to three weeks.
If you come back within three weeks, you’re getting a refill. If you wait five, you’re paying for a full set again. Book the next one before you leave — it’s the cheapest way to keep lashes year-round.
