1D classic
What a classic set costs, and what it changes.
Classic lash extensions are $120 for a full set at DEEPINLASH, 1019 Avenue P, Suite 703 in Brooklyn 11223. The appointment takes about 90 minutes, the refill is $100 every two to three weeks, and free lash mapping is included every visit. Classic means one extension on one natural lash — it adds length and definition rather than density, which is why it is the set people mean when they say they want to look awake without looking done.
What it is
Definition, not volume.
A single extension is bonded to a single natural lash, one at a time, along the whole lash line. Nothing is fanned and nothing is layered. What you get is the lash line you already have, longer and darker — not a different lash line.
The honest version: if you have sparse patches, classic will not hide them. One extension can only sit where there is already a lash to sit on, so gaps stay gaps. That is what the 2D–3D mix is for, and we will say so at the chair rather than sell you a set that cannot do the job.
The appointment
Ninety minutes, lying down, eyes closed.
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. If you wear contacts, take them out before you arrive — it is more comfortable with your eyes closed for an hour and a half.
- Cleanse the lash line, then map the shape to your eye and lid position — about ten minutes, free every visit.
- Lower lashes are taped down and isolated so nothing gets bonded together.
- Extension by extension, lash by lash, along both eyes.
- A nano mister sets the bond, or the LED lamp if you added it.
- We brush the set out, show you a mirror, and send you home with lash shampoo and a brush.
Most clients fall asleep. That is fine and it makes the job easier.

Classic 1D, unretouched
Classic against the others
Where 1D sits.
The number is how many extensions are fanned onto each natural lash. It is a density choice, not a quality ladder — classic is not the cheap version of volume, it is a different result.
| Set | Full set | Refill | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Classic 1D | $120 | $100 | Length and definition on the density you already have. Cannot fill gaps. |
| Mix 2D–3D | $150 | $130 | Classic lashes plus small fans through the same line. Fills sparse patches. |
| Volume 4D–5D | $170 | $140 | A full, dark lash line that still photographs soft. Works well on fine lashes. |
| Mega volume 6D+ | $180 | $150 | Maximum density at the finest diameters. For events and camera. |

Questions
What people ask about classic.
How much are classic lash extensions in Brooklyn?
A classic 1D full set is $120 at DEEPINLASH, and the refill is $100. First-time clients get $20 off, so a first classic set is $100. The LED-cured bond is an optional $20, and safe removal is $25 or free when you book a new set the same visit.
How long do classic lash extensions last?
The set sheds with your natural lashes, which turn over every six to eight weeks individually. In practice the line starts reading uneven at two to three weeks, which is when you book a refill. Nothing makes extensions outlast the natural shed cycle — not adhesive, not the LED bond, not aftercare. Aftercare decides how even the loss looks, not how long it takes.
Are classic lash extensions better for first-timers than volume?
Usually, yes. It is the lightest set, the easiest to live with, and the cheapest way to find out whether you like extensions at all. If your natural lashes are very fine or sparse, volume or a 2D–3D mix can actually be the better technical choice, and we will tell you that at the chair.
Will classic lash extensions make my lashes look fuller?
Longer and darker, yes. Fuller, only to the extent your own lash line is already full — one extension needs one natural lash to sit on, so gaps stay gaps. If filling sparse patches is the goal, 2D–3D mix at $150 is the set that does it.
Can I wear mascara on classic lash extensions?
You will not want to, and waterproof mascara is the fastest way to destroy a set — removing it means rubbing at the lash line with cleanser, which takes extensions with it. If you need extra darkness, a coat of water-based mascara on the tips only is survivable, but the point of the set is that you stop.
Do classic lash extensions damage your natural lashes?
Not when the weight is matched to the lash and the removal is done properly. Damage comes from extensions heavier than the natural lash can carry, from two lashes glued together, and from sets being pulled off rather than dissolved. Classic is the lightest tier we apply, and removal is a $25 service here — free when you book a new set.
