Straight up the Brighton line, no transfer.
This is the easiest subway route of any neighbourhood we serve, because Brighton Beach and our nearest station sit on the same line with nothing in between but four stops.
- Q northbound from Brighton Beach: Sheepshead Bay → Neck Road → Avenue U → Kings Highway. Get off there.
- Leave at East 16th Street, walk west along Kings Highway, then north to Avenue P and left to East 11th. About seven minutes.
- On weekdays the B works too and is often quicker, since it runs express above Brighton Beach. At weekends and late at night there is no B — take the Q.
- By car — up Ocean Parkway or Coney Island Avenue to Kings Highway, then east. Ten to twelve minutes, then free street parking on Avenue P and East 11th Street.
Do not change to the F. The station called Avenue P is on the F at McDonald Avenue, about 0.55 miles from us — a twelve-minute walk, and you would be changing lines to get a longer walk. Kings Highway on the Brighton line is around 0.32 miles. Stay on the train you are already on.

How do I get from Brighton Beach to DEEPINLASH?
Four stops north on the Q to Kings Highway — Sheepshead Bay, Neck Road, Avenue U, Kings Highway — then a seven-minute walk west along Kings Highway and north to Avenue P. On weekdays the B runs the same line and is often quicker. By car it is ten to twelve minutes up Ocean Parkway or Coney Island Avenue.
Should I take the F to Avenue P from Brighton Beach?
No. The F's Avenue P station is at McDonald Avenue, about 0.55 miles from the studio — a twelve-minute walk. Kings Highway on the Brighton line is roughly 0.32 miles, about seven minutes, and from Brighton Beach it needs no transfer at all. Changing to the F gets you a longer walk, not a shorter one.
Is Russian spoken at the studio?

Is there parking at the studio?
Yes — free street parking on Avenue P and on East 11th Street, no meters. It is a residential block, so check the posted signs for street-cleaning hours.
How long should I allow for the trip and the appointment?
About 90 minutes for a full set and 60 for a refill, plus the ten minutes of mapping that is included in every visit. Worth knowing if you are planning the trip around the train: allow about two hours door to door from Brighton Beach for a full set.
Is a two to three week refill rhythm practical from Brighton Beach?
Plenty of clients do — it is a 60-minute appointment and four stops on the Q. If the journey makes a two-week rhythm difficult, say so at mapping: a lighter tier and a slightly shorter length hold their shape more forgivingly over three weeks than mega volume does.
